Since we are remodeling our bedroom I have been gradually getting things decorated and back in order. I’ve been dying for some rustic, floating shelves to display my boots on. My friend Chelisa made these for me and they are perfect for our little corner nook.
I am putting a cowhide chair/ottoman in this corner with a chandelier. I thought it would be the perfect mix of rustic and western chic. I still have plenty of boots to add to the shelves but considering the above decorative touches. What do you think? I love how simple they were to install and that they add personal detail to our room that is still functional and unique.
We still have a ways to go on the re-design. We are adding old sheet metal to our ceiling, a new fan/light fixture, still on the hunt for bedding I just absolutely love, a sliding barn door, saloon doors to our walk in closet, and the gallery wall that I am slowly gathering items for.
